(nV ELECTRIC TELKKKAPH —COrYKIGHT). London', February 15. Several of the coiil heavers who wont on strike have not been taken baek ; and a large section of the men refuse to return to work unless Cainoron and Co. are compelled to discharge non-unionists. Two thousand coal heavers in the East End refuse to resume work, and urge all hands to go out on strike. The Trades' Council hus ordered a boycott against Cameron and Co's coal, blocking the Midland and Northern railways. The Metropolitan Gas Company is collecting a large coal supply, fearing that trouble with the miners and dock labourers will be increased in the spring.
