Few, if any, holders of wool are looking for any radical appreciation in values from their present level, in spite of the confident assertions of the fol lowers of ' JMcKinley, , and so far no benefits have been conferred on the domestic woolizDwer by the higher tariff, prices bavin"- gradually cased month by month ever amen tho actual passago of tho McKinley Act."
