The latb Dukboi' Clahknce.—l forgot to mention in time fJr your last issue that at the close of the service last Sunday meht in St John's Church, Mrs Andrew played the "Dead March" on the organ as a small mark of respect to the memory of the lamented Duku of Chrence. Clitcus.-Messrs H-iyes and Britliansos circus gave a performance at Otorohanga to a fair house on Monday night, and another her.) in Trasdale's paddock on Tuesday night. The attendance herd was very pour, mrwt'of the auclienco coming sotno distance. Tt is only a second-rate show at the best, being a long way behind most of the other circuses that have visited here in all respects except in rates of admission.
