SAMOAN TROUBLES.

A Government party, 2i)o stroug, has been sent to disarm tho rebels. They reached Suima without opposition, [and then proceeded to Aanm, a short distance from Mataaf;vs camp, where the latter is erecting forts to prevent their further advance. Mataafa's force is reported to be larger than that of tho Government-, therefore nothing has been done. 31ataafa is willing to submit to tho King provided that the proclamation deolarhini a rebel is wit-drawn.
There was at the time of the Lubeck leaving no sign of the missing schooner Margaret. News is anxiously looked for from Berlin as to how the Treatv Powers intend to deal with tho resignation of Baron Von Pilsacli, President of the Municipal Council of Samoa. Mho ftamoan Times states that it is satsifiod Baron Pils.ich's resignation will not be accepted until June, when Samoan affairs will again be dealt with bv tho Powers interested.
