In the matter of costs and expenses of maintenance of the Waipa Raglan *nad, the allocation should beKanoi Riding, five-tenths; Te Akau Riding, twotenths ; Ivaramu Hiding, two-tenths ; Waitigaro Ridins, one-tenth. In the matter of calling public tenders for clerk, etc., it should be Mr Cogswell intimated that at the next meeting of the Council he would give notice of motion, that public tenders bo culled for clerk, colloctor, treasurer, etc., callsebiwly Fen- the Council. -I am, etc. S.
