FREEZING WORKS FOR WAIKATO
TO TIIE KDITOIi. Sin,—As a member of the happy hand of milk -suppliers I ain glad that tho freezing works in Waikato are not likely to district, Mr H. Reynolds' attention from the butt, r industry, to me a much more import, uu business than " mutton." I may be wrong, but in my humble opinion ho has quite a largo enough field for tho display i.f his business capacity and capabilities in working up the price of our butter in the English market, to somewhat near.'r the pncr. given fur Danish, lltliough the factoiies have been a great help to many of us. we could do with another ha,!f-penny per gallon h>r our milk, and w»- ciiiuo! rxaect, this tin less iue buto r t r cliced at the factmie* ei ves a betti.r return. It will thus be seen how directly, we milk suppliers are interested in Mr Reynolds' devoting his abilities to increasing the value, of our products. —Yours, etc. Milk Sltpliek.
