KIRIKIRIROA ROAD BOARD.

The usual meeting of the abme Hoard was held in the Waik.ito Couniy Council Chambers, Hamilton East, on Friday. Present: Messrs Primrose (chairman), (Jilletl, and Coat.es. Flvanuk.— I The Clerk reported l.hat the credit balance at the Bank is t'42'J 7s lid. Tesdeus.—Tenders are to bo called for the spreading of gravel on the Tramway Road. Messrs Primrose and Uillett wil! receive tenders till the 10th, and Mr Gillett will paint out the work to intending contractors on Monday, December 14th. Tenders will also close on the same day for formation work on Mr Davies' road. Mr Coates will point out the work on Saturday, the 18th December. Danuek.—Mr Coates pointed out that a quantity of wire was lying on the road between the blue gums at Tauwhare and the boundary of the Waikat.o County.—lt was resolved to request Mr Gordon to remove it at once. Mangawhaka Road.—Plans, &c., of the alteration to t lie Mangawhara Road were laid on the table, and the necessary proceedings are to be taken at. once. The Board is to pay the cost, of survey, and Mrs Lovell pays the rest of the expenses.
