WESLEYAN CHURCH, HAMILTON.

SUNDAY-SCHOOJ. ANNIVERSARY. The fourteenth anniversary of the Sundayschool connected with Trinity Wesleyan Church was held on Sunday last. The Church was decorated with evergreens and flowers, and above the pulpit was the text "God in Love," within a circle of flowers, giving the building a very picturesque appearance. The Rov. W. Gittos, of Kaipara, was the preacher, and he delivered practical addresses to good congregations. In the morning he took his text from Proverbs, 22nd chapter and (ith verse, "Train up a child in the way he should go; and when he is old he will not depart from it," and gave the parents some good advice as to how they should train their children, and the children a lesson on obedience. In the evening the preacher took his text from Proverbs 3rd chapter and sth verse, "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.'' The rev. gentleman also conducted a floral service in the afternoon, which was more particularly dovoted to the children. Special hymns were suns on the occasion, and the anniversary services wero in every way successful,
