Thk sixth ;mn«;ril meeting <>f tin; l'atorn'r.,'l Cricket Club was field ou Monda) September at (t:i., there was a fair attendance, with .Mr Woriiley in ton chair, Tho secretary's annual report, and tho b dance .-beet road by Mr Riehdale, tho secretary and treasurer of the club, which had boon audited and found correct. ant-I being considered by the meeting to bo a satisfactory statement of accounts, its adoption W!«f moved bv Mr MacFarlana and .seconded by Mr Ryburn and agreed to unanimously. The election ot officers for the ensuing year resulted as follows:— ['resident, Wrr. Mucky, Esq.; vice- President.!, Messrs J. M. .Scott and C. A. ]J,,uden, .subject, to accept mens ; Oaptiin, .Mr MacFarline (Jnd term of office); Secretary and Treasurer, Mr Kiehdalo (-Ith terin'ot oiheej; Auditor, Mr Worxley reelected ; Commit'ee : Messrs MacF.irlane, Genntun, C. Bowden, E. Potts, Worsley, J. Ryburn, and W. Micky. Selection Coiniuittee : Messrs MacFirlnnco, Richdale, and Worsley. The prizes last season L'iven by members of the club for the best bitting were won bv Messrs Worsley and Richdale; and bowling trophy, by Mr MacFarlane. A good deal of other business was placed before the meeting bv the Secretary and dealt with, and the meeting terminated at 10 p.m. with a vote of thanks to the chairman.
