WAIKATO ELECTION.
TO THE KDITOR, Sir,—T see by your paper that my name is placed on Mr Lake's committee—like several others—without authority. I decline the honour, as I have consented, by request of many friends, to offer mv services to the electors of Waikato, Mr Bryce having declined to be re-elected. Trusting that you will find space for the above correction in your next issue,—l am, etc., Wit. Arch. Murrav.
