RECIPROCITY.
CANADA. AND THE UNITED STATES. (by electric telegraph.—copyright). Ottawa, August 20, Premier Abbott bus, it is reported, instructed Sir Julian Pauncefoote, British Minister at Washington, that the Government is willing to institute reciprocity with the United States in articles not imported largely from England, and also oilers free access for American fishermen to Canadian waters.
