Mil lludd.vkt has opened an office in London, and is personally promoting the formation of a new company to engage in the New Zealand, Tasmauian and Australian trade. Several largo fast steamers have already been ordered, and M'ssrs Huddart, Parker and Co. will manage the new firm, whose head office will be in Australia. There will bo a board in London, and probably local boards in New Zealand,
