During tliu Inst mnnth Auckland contributed £20,757 ; Wellington, £20,208; Lytteltun and Christchurch, £'111,230; and Dnnediii, £22,038. For tlio first quarter of the financial year the Customs revenue was £351.247 Is Bd, being £'33,503 15s 4d below the Treasurer's estimate for that period. Tho Beer duty for Jv.na. was £'3812, ngaiiwt Juno in the previous yt«ir £31130, and .Mav this year £4031. Auckland collected £884 last month : Wellington, t;«)l ; niiriatchnrcti, £727; nnd Dunedin, £03!). The total for the quarter is £12,875 10s 7d, being £2124 9s 5d below the estimate.
