Anni al Meeting of Mh.k Siti'lieiui,— The annual meeting of milk suppliers to the Whatawhata Butter Factory was held at the factory at 10 a.m. on Tuesday last. There was a good attendance, Mr Calder, in tho absonce of Mr Dawson, occupying tho chair. The accounts as laid before the suppliers by the Secretary wore as follows : -"Bank account : Credit October Ist, 18!)0, lid ; total amounts paid up to Juno L'Otli, 1891, t>ll Its -Id ; total, t'SII I7h lOd. The suppliers expressod their approval of the accounts, and a resolution was unanimously passed, authorising the trustees to raise the balanco necessary to complete the second instalment of tho loan.
