LABOUR COMMISSION,

The draft report of the Labour Commission advocates that u Board of Conciliation should be established, such board to consist of throe members, the chairman to ba appointed by Government, and his coadjutors to represent the employers and employed. These it is suggested should bo appointed for a term and in the case of any dispute arrising a full board should be constituted of nay, six members representing each side equally and in the event of the full board failing to conciliate thon the three members composing the standing board would constitute the board of arbitration to givo a decision and if they could not agree unanimously or by a majority, then the decision of tho president is to be the decision of the Court.
