[UY KI.KCniIC TELKOUAHI.— COI'YIUCHT.] LisiiOX, May IT. The King has accepted the resignation of th'i Ministry, and lias requested Sorpa Pinto (?) to undertake the formation of a new Cabinet. May 18. The import duty oil foreign wlioat has been reduced to five reis per kilogramme. This reduction was decided on owing to the scarcity of wheat in Portugal. The political crisis still continues, and Sorpa Piuionto has been unable up to the present to form a new Cabinet, May 10. There is a probability that a new Ministry will be formed under tho leadership of Count Sail Januario.
