There promists to be some confusion when the charge j|B culled to-morrow. Tlie half yearly sitting of the Court nf Appeal began this morning. Chief Justices Williams, Denniston, Connolly and Edwards were present. All the morning was taken np delivering judgment on the twelve oases on the list. In tin-, case Nystrom v. Cameron, removed from the Supremo Coiut at Christchurch, judgment was given for the plaintiff for £700. This was an action against stevedores at Lyttelton for injuries received while working in their service. Two Judges were in favour and two against and Mr Edwards, being the Junior Judge, withdrew his opinion, leaving tho verdict for plaintiff.
