(UY TELEGRAI'It. —I'KKSS ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, Last Night. Parliament will probably ba called together for the despatch of business on Thursday, June 4th. The Registrar of Patent l ! hoard an application to-day from Mr T. A. Timmins, Civil Engineer, of Westminister, London, for Letters' (intent in respect of an improved arrangement for supporting the bodies of railway vehicles. The application was opposed by Mr Rotherham, the locomotive superintendent, on behalf of the Railway Commissioners, on the ground that it was practically the arrangement of the springs which have been 111 use in bogie eairiages on the New Zealand railways for inanr years. The Registrar refused the application.
