HAMILTON DOMAIN BOARD
Tiik meeting of the Domain Hoard was held on Tuesday evening, at ihe Borough Council Chambers. Present: Messrs I. Coates (in tho chair), Dey, Tippen 8011, Kuid. Slade, Wood, Scott and Jones. Vvnr.K.— The Chairman etatod that soma of the tenants had not cleared the furze growing on the domain land, aud the Clerk was instructed to proceed against! these, Aoc'OCNTs.—Two accounts, amounting to £'3 l!)s fid, were passed for payment. Texiwhm.—Mr Scott moved that tenders be called for clearing and grubbing all furze on the road adjoining unlet domain lands, to be in by the 28th inst., the chairman being authorised to deal with the ten.dnrs. —Seconded by Mr Jones and parried. Leases.—Mr Bell asked if any lensos had been drawn up for lands recently acquired, and being answered in the negative, ho moved that all tenants of domain lauds be notified to execute their leases.— .Seconded by Mr Reid at.d carried.
