THE VICTORIAN LOAN.
(BY KLEOTRIO TELEGRAPH.— COPYUIGHT.) JiOxnoN, April 7. Money is abundant, but investors are Boraewhat timid, the foar of another financial panic being still prevalent. On the market it is reported that the banks will underwrite half of the Victorian L-iaii, receiving 1 per cent. The brokers iiro exhibiting extreme irritation with regard to the Loan, and it is considered probable that they will combine against it, and expose the whole transaction.
