(BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT). Auckland, Last Night. Hon. I'. Buckley arrived from tho South to-day. . ■Vn Executive meeting is t.o bo hold tomorrow to decide the fa-te of the Flanagans. A telegram has been received stating that Mr Tennant, bank manager, has received an unconditional discharge from his bankruptcy at Havveni. The first sitting of the Native Commissioners was held to-day. Leonard Grace and Hamiora Mange Kailii were the witnesses examined.
