Judgment for amount claimed and costs £110s. Walker and Williams v. Taxa Te Wahauoa.—Claim £02 10s on dishonoured bill. Mr Hally for plaintiff. Judgment for £54 3s 4d and coals £2 15s. ,Txo. Uwynneth v. Majoh Te Wheoro. —Claim £57 13s for costs of survey and interest. Mr W. M. Hay appeared for plaintiff. The survey charges were £47 19s Bd, for which an order had boon given, and the interest was from April l!)th, 18S7, to February

21st 1801, £0 13s 4d. The Magistrate said Major Te Wheoro had applied for an adjournment, as he wished to attend a meeting of the Kingite and Loyal natives, so ho would take tho evidence for the plaintiff, and then adjourn the case till next Court day. Mr Gwynneth gave evidence, and Mr Frank I'uckey produced the Native Lands Court records, referring to block Maungatautiri, No. 1, H., the block for which the survey charges were made. The case was then adjourned till next Court day. Dh. Wapdinhton v. 1. Goldsmith.— Claim, t'i 3s (id, for medical attendance. Judgment for amount claimed, and costs 15s.
