Aγ Hnntly, yesterday, before Capt. .lackson, R.M., the case against thi contractors, Kay and McLollan, for driving the iipw dip'in Rilph'.s mine, wis comniencdd. MiHay, instructed by Mr (ieorge Wilson, Miuiuf,' Inspector, appeared for tha prosecution, but the defendants: were nut represented by counsel. The evidence was mainly a repetition of that given at the inquest. Mr W. .T.
