(BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, Last Night. I.HE immigration and emigration returns for New Zealand during November show : Arrivals, 1251!; departures, 721. Arrivals were from the United Kingdom, 275; New South Wales, mi; Victoria, 324 ; Tasmania, l(i ; other places, 47 ; total, 125 G. Departures to the United Kingdom, S3 ; Queensland, 1; New South Wales, 238; Victoria, 23G ; Tasmania, 2!); other places, 337; total, 721. There were no arrivals of Chinese, while 92 took their departure. The total loss of papulation by excess of emigration over immigration for tho ten months ended November 30th, was 27-14 persons.
