(ISV KLECTRIC TELKGUAPH.- COPVBIGH*.) Loxdox, November 27. The Irish Land Purchase Bill h»9 been read a first time in the House of Commons. Pamell voted with the Government. Messrs Gladstone and Morley abstained from voting at all. November 28. In the House of Commons the Irish Land Purchase Bill has been under dicussion. The clause providing for purchase within two years has been expunged, and the clause allowing grazing on the property of absentee owners was also excluded. November "29. In the course of a .speech to-day Mr Gladstone stated that if his party were victorious at the next general election he would introduce an Irish Land Purchase Bill similar to that of 1886, but he would refuse to exert pressure on his supporters to carry the measure.
