The captain states tint there is abundant room on the islands for enterprising English people to settln, but ho is of opinion that until tho laud tenure and theiutcrislancl labour traffic are further looked into, Englishmen will hesitate to compete with foreigners who arc r.fc present working under more advantageous laws.
