Dilloj; and O'Brien havo been sentenced to six months' imprisonment on each of the two charges of inciting at Tipporary, the sentences to run concurrently. Patrick O'Brien and Cullmau were soutencod to six months' imprisonment *'or participating in the riots at Tipporary, Walsh and Mociltr to four, Condon, Kelly, Humphreys, and Sheehy wero discharged.
