BAKRACKS DESTROYED. (BY ELECTBIC TKLKGRAPH , .— COPYRIGHT.) London, November 1-1. Tjie married men's quarter's at Wellington Barracks were partially burned to-day. Many inmates were only rescued with difficulty. Women and children had to be lowered from the windows by ladders. No lives were lost, but 2*5 persons were more or less injured.
