BISHOP MOORHOUSE APPROVES. (BY ELECTRIC TKLKGRAI'H.— COPYRIGHT.) Lokixi.y, November 13. Bishop Mookuol'se says that General Booth's scheme for the establishment of city farms and over sea colonies contains many elements of success, but lie wishes that the various colonies should be asked to co-operate in the scheme. The Bishop has promised a donation of £100 to the fund.
