TIPPERARY COURT.

(by elkcthic telegraph.—copyright.) London. October 1(>; Messrs Dillon and O'Biuex failed to put in an appearance at the Tipperary Court on .Friday, and their bail was estreated. It -is believed that they have secretly sailed for America.

There is an impression in National League circles that the action of Messrs O'Brien and Dillon in failing to put, in an appearance at the Tipperary Court was a tactical mistake, but the League will probably pay the amount of bail which was estreated.
