At the Supreme Court to-day, William Neil Lynch, maliciously wounding, was acquitted ; Martin Burns pleaded guilty, and William Montague was found guilty nf breakinc and entering the warehouse of Messrs Sargood Son, and Ewen, and sentence was deferred.
