At the Supreme Court to-day, William Neil Lynch, maliciously wounding, was acquitted ; Martin Burns pleaded guilty, and William Montague was found guilty nf breakinc and entering the warehouse of Messrs Sargood Son, and Ewen, and sentence was deferred. The prospects of continuing the San Francisco mail service have improved so much that he has strong hope of its being continued nowand he is negotiating with a view of continuing both the direct and Sau Fran, cisco services at the 2.', d postal rite.
