The President of San Salvador, has challenged the President of Guatemala to single combat. It is reported that the San Salvadors have been driven out of Guatemala with a loss of 100 killed. The mob is in possession of Guatemala, the capital. .Mexico has decided to remain neutral in tho present dilliculty. July 27. The Stale of Guatemala having declared war against San Salvador, battles arc imminent.
