ODDFELLOWS'DINNER AND BALL AT CAMBRIDGE.
Tub niiinial dinner and bill in connection with tin; L-ryal Duke of Cambridge Lodge of Oddfellows', were held on Thursday. The dinner was provider! by host Bach, of the National Hotel, and gave every satisfaction ; indeed, he deserves special mention, not only for the quality of the viiinds provided, but also for the manner in which they were served and for the tastefully decorated table. Brother Arnold, X.1!., presided, supported by Bro. MeUernwtt P.G., and Urn. Craig. The vicechair was occupied by Uro. Fletcher P.G., supported by Brothers \V White I'M., and Dentun \ r .G, After full justice had been dime to the repast, the usual loyal and other toasts wero enthusiastically drunk. lVesstiro on our space precludes our giving them in full.
The ball was hold in the Public Hall and was well attended, fully -K> c-oiiplos being present. Mr J. Bell provided the refreshments and gavo every satisfaction. The omiiiitteo took iiDon themselves the
onerous duty of naming the belle, and chose Miss .1, Gemuiill, to whom they presented an album. Dancing was continued till five a.m.
