The Government have had several valuations made of the East Coast Company'sland at Gisboine and will shortly make the owners an offer for a lot. Mr Norgrove, a local resident here, had an interview with the Premier this morning bringing under notice a torpedo which he has invented and which he claims is equal, if not superior, to the Brennan torpedo.
