BEET SUGAR.

London, April 22. In his monthly circular Mr F. J. Licht, the sugar expert, states for seven months there is an increase of production of beet sugar to the extent of 800,000 tons, and he estimates the total European production of present campaign will show a surplus of 844,000 tons.
