(Harris) J Mr, Jones' ch c Dreadnought, 3yrs, est, (Hales) „ These were the only starters. Carbine went away with the lead, followed by Melos and Dreadnought in that order, their positions were maintained the whole distance, Carbine winning easily by threequarters of a length.
