THE WAIKATO FARMERS' CLUB AND NELSON BROS.
TO THE EDITOR. gin ]ii your report of tho meeting of the Wa'ikato Farmers' Club, published in your issue of Tuesday, Bth inst., I notice it was decided that a deputation should wait on the bank directors to ascertain if they will contribute to tho guarantee "f stock required. Now, Ido not think they will bo successful in thi« ; and even if they are, the Waikato farmers do not t0 tal{e very kindly to driving stock to Tauranga. I would suggest to the members of the Waikato Farmers' Club that they try and arrange with Nelson Bros, to lease the works in Auckland from the Loan Company. By this it would save the former a large' expenditure, and the latter from losing a lot more money, not to mention the spoiling of good meat,—-I am, etc., L Jujusuck.
