LATEST WELLINGTON NEWS.
(by tblegbaph—pbess association.) Wellington, Last Night. At the meeting of the Trades and Labour Council, it was resolved to agree to the Rev. J. Berry's proposal, to refer the petition dispute to arbitration, provided it was proved to the satisfaction of the arbitration committee, that certain hands had been discharged for belonging to the union. All those at present locked out should share and share alike in work with those, at present employed in the mill, and none but Unionists were to be recognised.
