(BY TELEGRAPH.—PUESS ASSOCIATION.) WOODVILLE, List Night. A HETTLKK named Foley, one of the discoverers of the copper mine, brought in a bottle of the petroleum obtained in the Ruahine Range. He intends forwardiug the sample to the Colonial Laboratary. NEW PLYMOUTH, Last Night. Hone Filiima, the well known Chief, who has always shown friendly feelings towards Europeans, and who assisted after the war to bring about a reconciliation between the races, is seriously ill and not expected to live.
