LATEST WELLINGTON NEWS.
(BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, Last Night. So far only two formal objections have been received by the Representation Commissioners, from Gisborne and Waimen, Pieton. The Premier has recei fed word that the British Admiralty does not consider a lighthouse on the "Snares" a work'on which Imperial funds should be spent. Replies from the other colonies show that there is little likelihood of the proposal meeting with support. In all probability no further action will be taken at present.
