PEACE LIKELY TO BE .CON. CLUDED. (BY ELKOIRIO TELEGRAPH.—COFYBIGHT.) -London, March ..11. Word has rpached here that since the attack made by Dahomeyans on a body of French, during which the former lost 400 men, the Dahomeyans have taken up their quarters at Katonen. The advisers; to the King of Dahomey are anxious for an amicable settlement of the difficulty and have recommended him to treat with the French commander for the conclusion of a peace. The French captives are still safe.
