RIOTS IN PRETORIA AND JOHANNESBURG. (by electric telegraph—copyright). Pretoria, March 6. Seiuous riots has . occurrrd here, and a mob prevented President Kruger from addressing a meeting at JohanneSberg. They tore down and destroyed the Transvaal flag, at the same time singing " hule Britannia." The police Were called' out. Outrages are being committed.
