ARRIVAL OF DELEGATES,

Sib William Robinson, late acting Governor of Victoria has arrived here and has had a long interview with Lord Kuutsford on the Western Australian question. It has been arranged that the first meeting between Lord Knutsforcl and the delegates from Western Australia shall take place on 30th January. Sir F. Napier Broom, ami Sir T. Cockburn Campbell have arrived here from Western Australia.
