4 One Man Drowned. (by electric telegraph.—copy.bight.) Melbourne, January 20. Two fishertnen were capsized in a boat in Port Phillip, and one named Page was drownnr!. Bailey, the other man, whs rescued after he had beeu clinging to tho bout for 04 hours. He underwent terrible suffering)-, and his position is critical.
