TAWHIAO'S MANIFESTO.

Although Tawhiao denies the authenticity of the manifesto read at the Maungakawa native meeting, it is bearing fruit, and a portion of his deluded followers are endeavouring to follow the instructions therein, and are putting every possible obstacle in the way to obstruct the Native Land Courts.
