(BY EIECTRIC TKIEGRAI'H — COI'YRIOIIT.) St. Pethrsmjro, November 21. Sixteun military students have been expelled from St. Petersbuig University for holding Nihilistic tendencies. A number of persons were also arrested, and expelled from the city for other political reasons.
