(BY ELKCTUIC TKMMRAPH.— COPYRIGHT.) Zanzibar, November '20. Captain Wissmax has sent a caravan to meet H. M. Stanley, Emm Paslia, and Signor Casati, who are marching towards Mpwawapa, in the territory of the German East African Company.

Most of the Egyptian troops insisted that they should he allowed to return homeward instead of going south. The advance party of refugees reached Mpwawapa on the 11th October, iincl report that Stanley and Emm Bey will probably reach Bagamayo about the Ist December. Cairo, November 20. Scouts have arrived from Mpwawapa, and report that they left Stanley and Emm Bey well oil the 10th September.
