Rklihols .Smutch.—On Thursday evening last we had another visit from the Salva timi Army from Hamilton, seven in number coining down, when nearly all the people in the district turned out to the meeting. Tho officers piesnnt were Lieutenant Grantham of Cambridge, and Lieutenant Leonard, the newly-appointed officer t.l Hamilton. Everybody enjoyed the meeting imoieiitfely, anfl the general wish is that the Army would come to Pukete more frequently, as we greatly appreciate their meetings. However, arrangements have been made to have meetings once a fortnight in the school-room, when, no doubt, as the meetings are held regularly, the people will more readily turn up" altiinugh. as it is, a large number put in an appearance, aud on Thursday night a remark was passed, wondering where all the people came from out of a small country place like Pukete,
