HAMILTON DOMAIN BOARD.

An adjourned meeting of the Hamilton Domain Board was held ;n the Borough Council Chambers at 10.45 p.in. on Tuesday. There were present: Messrs Jones (chairman), Salmon, Wood, Davey, Bell, Parr and Scott.

Lands.—The committee appointed to report on unlet domain lands recommended that the following lots be offered for lease at an upset price of 10s per acre each per annum for a term of fourteen years :—Lots 335, : J ,37, two acres; 324, 325, two acres; 1114, 105, two acres ; 31)7, 3GI), la. lrd. ; 454 3a. 3r. Dp. The report was adopted and the date of the sale fixed for Saturday, 23inst. — Lots 25 and 2(5: <!. Vowless applied for lots 25 and 28, to be put up for lease for 14 years, at an upset price of 2s (id per annum. Messrs Tippon. Bell, and Davey were appointed a committee to inspect the lots and fix the upset price and tho term, as to allow of them being offered with the other lots on the 23rd inst.

Boxinu-Dav Spouts. — The Hamilton Annual Sports Committee wrote, asking for the use of Sydney Squara for BoxingDay, 1 >ecember 20th, and the right to charge (id per head for admission for all persons over 12 years of age.—The application was granted, tho cost of advertising to be borne by the Sports Committee.

Thndbrs.—The clerk was instructed to call for tenders for fencing in Lot 8 It was decided to fence in the whole piece, the Board to retain the right of getting gravel from the present pit. This was all the business.
