Human remains have been found on the bank of the Okuhu River, near Lowburn, and have been identified by the wife of the missing man as those of William Ferguson, who lived near Belfast, but owned a section of land dose to where the skeleton was discovered. He visited the place some months ago, but never returned to his home, and was reported to the police as missing. A. search was made, but without avail. An inquest will be held on Monday. DUNEDIN, Friday. The Covesus Company, Neuthorn, have obtained 121 ounces of amalgam on the top plates from eighty tons of stone.
